59 Representation before medical professional
A person in respect of whom a medical professional is conducting an examination or test under this Act is not entitled to be represented by any person when the person attends the examination or test.
However, a medical professional may permit a person in respect of whom an examination or test is to be conducted under this Act to be represented by a person when the person attends the examination or test.
A person in respect of whom an examination or test is being conducted under this Act is entitled to be accompanied by a person of his or her choice when the person attends the examination or test.
