Associations Incorporation Act 1964

A person may –

inspect the documents kept by the Commissioner relating to incorporated associations on payment of such fee as may be prescribed; and require a certificate of the incorporation of an association or any other certificate issued under this Act or a copy or extract of any other document or any part of any other document kept by the Commissioner, on payment, for the certificate, certified copy, or extract, of such fee as may be prescribed.
