36 Liability of association on cancellation of incorporation
Notwithstanding the cancellation of the incorporation of an association pursuant to section 34 or section 34A, the association is liable to be sued and proceeded against as a corporation, and all dealings and transactions between the association and any person are valid against the association and all persons claiming under the association.
