26 Audits at request of Ombudsman
If the Ombudsman requests the Auditor-General to investigate any matter under section 41 of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2002, the Auditor-General may carry out that investigation.
Any investigation carried out by the Auditor-General under subsection (1) is to be carried out in accordance with his or her powers under this Act.
