26C Investigations at request of Employer
If the Employer requests the Auditor-General to investigate any matter under section 18 of the State Service Act 2000, the Auditor-General may carry out that investigation.
Any investigation carried out by the Auditor-General under subsection (1) is to be carried out in accordance with his or her powers under this Act.
