Failure to comply with permit condition

In force

A permit holder must not contravene a condition of the permit. In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 2 500 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.

A penalty imposed in respect of an offence under subsection (1) is in addition to any action taken under Division 5 for the contravention of the condition.
