222 Reimbursements may be withheld
The Secretary may cause to be retained the whole or part of the reimbursement payable under this Division if a doubt or dispute arises as to the eligibility of a person for the reimbursement.
A reimbursement may only be withheld under subsection (1) until the first of the following occurs:the doubt or dispute as to the eligibility of a person for the reimbursement is resolved; the prescribed period has elapsed; the Secretary is satisfied that the person is eligible for the reimbursement.
