223 Payment of reimbursements
A reimbursement payable under this Division is payable –
in respect of an animal, plant or other property destroyed under an approved biosecurity program – by the entity specified in the program; and within the time period specified in the program in respect of reimbursements; or in any other case – by the Crown; and within 30 days, unless otherwise prescribed, after both the eligibility of the person for the reimbursement, and the amount of reimbursement payable, has been determined.
