273 Requirements may continue to have effect
A requirement imposed by or under this Act that does not specify a time by which, or period within which, the requirement must be complied with continues to have effect until the requirement is complied with, unless sooner revoked or cancelled.
A requirement imposed by or under this Act that specifies a time by which, or a period within which, the requirement must be complied with continues to have effect until the requirement is complied with, even though the time has passed or the period has expired, unless sooner revoked or cancelled.
Nothing in this section affects the powers of the Secretary in respect of the enforcement of any requirement imposed by or under this Act.
