279 Immunity
The Minister, the Secretary, an authorised officer or any other person does not incur any personal liability in respect of any act done or omitted in good faith – in the performance, or the purported performance, of any function under this Act; or in the administration or execution, or the purported administration or execution, of this Act.
A civil liability that would, but for subsection (1), lie against a person lies against the Crown.
