Biosecurity Regulations 2022

Any –

requirement notice served under section 13 of the Weed Management Act 1999; or written direction given by an inspector under the Animal Health Act 1995; or written direction given by an inspector under the Plant Quarantine Act 1997; or notice served by the Secretary under section 7 of the Vermin Control Act 1999 –

that has been served and was in force immediately before the commencement of this regulation is taken to be an individual biosecurity direction that was given by an authorised officer under section 193 of the Act.
