34 Disease control programs and agreements
Any – industry disease control program, within the meaning of the Animal Health Act 1995; and industry control program, within the meaning of the Plant Quarantine Act 1997 – that was in force immediately before the commencement of this regulation is taken to be an approved biosecurity program, within the meaning of the Act, containing the same provisions and measures and, if any term or period of the industry disease control program, or industry control program is specified, for a term or period expiring on the same day as specified.
Any – Government disease control program, within the meaning of the Animal Health Act 1995; and Government control program, within the meaning of the Plant Quarantine Act 1997 – that was in force immediately before the commencement of this regulation is taken to be a Government biosecurity program, within the meaning of the Act, containing the same provisions and measures and, if any term or period of the Government disease control program or Government control program is specified, for a term or period expiring on the same day as specified.
Any control agreement, within the meaning of the Plant Quarantine Act 1997, that was in force immediately before the commencement of this regulation is taken to be a biosecurity control agreement, within the meaning of the Act, containing the same terms and conditions and, if any term or period of the control agreement is specified, for a term or period expiring on the same day as specified.
