49 Availability of Standards
The Secretary must provide a person with a copy of the Standards or part of the Standards if the person – requests it; and pays to the Secretary any reasonable fee determined by the Secretary.
The Secretary, free of charge, must allow a person to peruse the Standards at the appropriate office at any time within the hours during which that office is normally open.
