74 Delegation
The Secretary may delegate any of his or her functions or powers under this Act, the regulations or the Standards, other than this power of delegation.
The Commissioner of Police may delegate any of his or her functions or powers under this Act, the regulations or the Standards, other than this power of delegation.
Subsections (1) and (2) do not derogate any right the Secretary or Commissioner of Police otherwise would have to authorise another person to perform a function or exercise a power on his or her behalf.
