20 Consumer Affairs Act 1988 amended
The Consumer Affairs Act 1988 is amended as follows:
by inserting in section 3A "Collections for Charities Act 2001, the" after "under, the";
by inserting in section 16(3) "Collections for Charities Act 2001, the" after "Act, the";
by inserting in section 16(4) "Collections for Charities Act 2001, the" after "Act, the".
The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Consumer Affairs Act 1988.
