Conveyancing Act 2004

In any proceedings, a document purporting to be a licence is admissible as evidence of that fact.

A certificate purporting to be signed by the Director stating that a person named in the certificate was or was not, at any date specified in the certificate, the holder of a licence is admissible as evidence of that fact.

A certified copy of any entry in the register kept under section 44 signed by the Director is admissible as evidence of the facts stated in that copy.
