52 Section 86 amended (Auctioneers and Real Estate Agents Guarantee Fund)
Section 86(2) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:
under the Conveyancing Act 2004; or
The amendments effected by this section has been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:Auctioneers and Real Estate Agents Act 1991;Legal Profession Act 1993.
