34 Undertaking as to costs
An order under section 7 or 8 of the Evidence on Commisson Act 2001 may include a requirement that a party or the party's legal practitioner give –
an undertaking as to the costs of examining, or taking the evidence of, the person outside the State; and security for those costs in any manner that the Court directs.
