35 Form and content of order
An order under section 7 or 8 of the Evidence on Commisson Act 2001 may specify –
that a transcript be made of the questions asked and answers given in taking the evidence; and that, in the case of a transcript, the witness sign the transcript as accurate; and whether the evidence is to be taken in public or private.
