15 Register
A general manager is to keep a register in respect of registered dogs.
The register is to state – the name, age, sex and reproductive capacity of the dog; and the breed of the dog, if identifiable; and any identifiable feature of the dog; and whether the dog is a dangerous dog or a restricted breed dog; and the owner's name and address; and the registration number of the dog; and the microchip number of the dog; and any other information the general manager considers relevant.
The register and its details may be recorded and retained in electronic form.
A general manager may amend or cancel any item in the register in order to maintain the register.
