44 Immunity from liability
Any action, claim or demand does not lie against a person for the destruction of a dog under this Act unless the person fails to destroy the dog quickly without causing undue suffering.
The immunity from liability under this section does not apply to any associated negligence that may accompany the destruction of the dog.
