45 Removal of faeces
A person in charge of a dog must immediately remove and dispose of any faeces left by the dog in a public place or in a place not owned, or leased, by the person. Fine not exceeding 3 penalty units.
This section does not apply in respect of a guide dog that is accompanying a wholly or partially blind person.
