49 Orders relating to nuisance
In determining proceedings relating to an offence under section 46, a court may make any of the following orders:
an order that the owner or person in charge of the dog to which the proceedings relate have the dog destroyed;
an order that the dog be removed from specified premises;
any other order to abate the nuisance.
