72 Entering premises
An authorised person may enter and remain in or on any premises at any reasonable time to determine – the number of dogs on those premises; and whether or not any dog on those premises is registered; and any other relevant matter relating to any licence.
An authorised person may require the occupier of premises to produce for inspection by the authorised person on the premises – all dogs of which the occupier is the owner; and any other dogs kept on those premises; and evidence of the registration of dogs kept on those premises.
