151 Registration of system of non-government schools subject to conditions
The registration of a system of non-government schools is subject to the conditions determined by the Registration Board.
The registration of a system of non-government schools is subject, also, to a condition that the approved authority must notify the Registration Board, in writing, if any school which is a member of the system is to have no enrolments for a period of time.
The Registration Board, at any time, may – impose conditions or further conditions on the registration of a system of non-government schools; or vary the conditions to which the registration of a system of non-government schools is subject; or remove any, or all, of the conditions to which the registration of a system of non-government schools is subject.
