219 Functions of Registrar, generally
The Registrar has the functions imposed by this Act.
In performing and exercising functions and powers under this Act, the Registrar, staff made available to the Registrar under section 245 and any committee established by the Registrar are to have regard to any principles of education regulator best practice specified in a Ministerial instruction issued for the purposes of this section.
