219B Treasurer’s Instructions
Subject to this section, Treasurer's Instructions issued under the Financial Management Act 2016 apply to, and in relation to, the Registrar as if he or she were an Agency within the meaning of that Act.
The Treasurer, by notice to the Registrar, may modify Treasurer's Instructions in their application to the Registrar.
If the Treasurer gives the Registrar a notice under subsection (2) modifying Treasurer's Instructions in their application to the Registrar, the Treasurer's Instructions that apply to and in respect of the Registrar are to be taken to be, for the purposes of this Act and the Financial Management Act 2016, modified in accordance with the notice.
