224B Framework agreement by Registrar
The Registrar is to enter into an agreement with the Secretary that includes the following matters:
the budget of the Registrar;
the staff made available to the Registrar under section 245, and details regarding their selection and performance management;
support and functions to be provided to the Registrar by the Secretary;
the information-sharing arrangements between the Registrar and the Secretary;
the application to the Registrar of the policies, procedures and guidelines of the Department;
the manner in which the Registrar is accountable to the Secretary in relation to budget outcomes and other outcomes;
any cost recovery arrangements between the Secretary and the Registrar.
