225 Register of home educators and approved home education programs
The Registrar is to maintain an up-to-date register of approved home education programs and persons who are home educators under those programs.
The register is to include in relation to each approved home education program – details of each parent who is a home educator under that program; and details of the child in respect of whom the parent is a home educator; and details of the approved home education program and, if it is provided by more than one parent, details of how the program applies in relation to each parent; and details of any conditions to which the approval of the approved home education program is subject; and any other information required by the Ministerial instructions; and any other information the Registrar considers appropriate.
The Registrar may not publish the register, or divulge any information contained in the register, except as otherwise required or permitted by this or any other Act or as required for the purposes of the administration of this Act.
