250 Secretary's advisory councils
The Secretary may establish any advisory council the Secretary considers necessary to advise and assist the Secretary in the exercise of powers and the performance of functions under this Act.
The Secretary may appoint persons as members of an advisory council on any conditions the Secretary considers appropriate.
