256 Prosecution for offence
A prosecution for an offence against this Act must be commenced within one year after the alleged commission of the offence.
A prosecution for an offence against Part 3 in relation to a school-aged child or youth may be commenced only if the Minister has authorised the commencement of those proceedings.
