54 Application for review of Compulsory Schooling Order
A parent aggrieved by the making of a Compulsory Schooling Order may apply for a review of the determination of the Principal Officer, Non-attendance to make that Order.
An application – is to be in writing; and is to be lodged with the Registrar within 14 days after the parent is provided with a copy of the Compulsory Schooling Order; and is to state the reasons why the Order should not have been made.
