95 Statement of reasons for decision
A person whose interests are affected by a reviewable decision of the Regulator, workplace health and safety Secretary or an authorised officer may apply, in writing, to the Regulator, workplace health and safety Secretary or authorised officer for a statement of the reasons for the decision.
An application under this section must be made within 28 days after the date on which the applicant received notice of the decision.
The Regulator, workplace health and safety Secretary or authorised officer must comply with a request under this section as soon as practicable and, in any case, no later than 60 days after receiving the application.
