Reference of application for mediation

Current

The Regulator or workplace health and safety Secretary may refer an application for administrative review to a mediator.

If a mediator achieves an agreed settlement of the matter to which the application relates, the Regulator or workplace health and safety Secretary must decide the application in accordance with the agreed settlement.
