32 Exchange of information
For the purposes of this Act –
the Ombudsman may disclose information to the Regulator and any tribunal, board and other person to whom the Ombudsman may refer a matter under section 10(1)(b) or section 19(1); and the Regulator and any such tribunal, board and other person may disclose information to the Ombudsman.
