Fees for environmental improvement programmes

The fee payable, in respect of the approval under section 40 of the Act by the Board of a draft environmental improvement programme for an environmentally relevant activity, by the person who submits the draft programme for the activity to the Board, is the hourly rate or 41 322 fee units, whichever is the lesser.

The fee payable, in respect of the Board ensuring that an environmental improvement programme for an environmentally relevant activity is complied with, by the person responsible for the activity, is 5 000 fee units.

The fees prescribed under this regulation are exempt from GST.
