24 Use of codes of practice in proceedings
An approved code of practice is admissible as evidence in proceedings under this Act if –
the proceedings relate to a contravention of a safety obligation that a person has under Part 2; and it is claimed that the person contravened the obligation by failing to achieve an acceptable level of risk; and the approved code of practice is, in whole or in part, about achieving an acceptable level of risk.
