30 Powers of Secretary
The Secretary – has the powers conferred on the Secretary by this Act; and has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done to exercise those powers.
The Secretary – may exercise all of the powers of an authorised officer; and when doing so, has all the immunities of an authorised officer.
