Fertilizers Regulations 2017

A seller must ensure that, in relation to elemental sulphur, the label, invoice or delivery docket for the fertilizer containing the elemental sulphur states the percentage content of each of the following:

fine particles which are capable of passing through a 0.25 millimetre sieve;

medium particles which are capable of passing through a 0.50 millimetre sieve but not a 0.25 millimetre sieve;

coarse particles which are not capable of passing through a 0.50 millimetre sieve.

Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
