60I Appeals
If a person is aggrieved by a decision of the Chief Officer to refuse, revoke or suspend the person's accreditation, the person may request the Chief Officer to review the decision.
If a person is not satisfied with a review under subsection (1), the person may appeal to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
