12 Exhibition of firearms
A person must not possess a firearm for show or exhibition unless the person is the holder of a firearms museum licence in respect of that firearm. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
A person is to apply for a firearms museum licence in accordance with Division 5.
