13A Possession of ex-military firearms and ordnance
A person must not possess an ex-military firearm or ex-military ordnance unless the person is the holder of a militaria firearms licence. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
However, a person does not commit an offence under subsection (1) in respect of an ex-military firearm if the person is authorised to possess the firearm under a firearm heirlooms licence, firearms museum licence or other kind of firearms licence.
A person is to apply for a militaria firearms licence in accordance with Division 5.
