45 Form of licence
A licence is to –
be in an approved form; and specify the name and date of birth of the licensee; and contain a recent photograph of the person to whom it is issued obtained in accordance with approved arrangements; and specify the date of its issue; and specify the category of firearm to which the licence relates; and specify the purpose for which the licensee is authorised to possess or use the firearm to which the licence relates; and contain a statement that the licensee must comply with the requirements under this Act relating to the storage and safekeeping of the firearm; and contain any other prescribed matter.
