78 Certificate of registration
If the Commissioner registers a firearm, the Commissioner is to issue a certificate of registration to the registrant.
The certificate of registration is to – be in an approved form; and specify the name of the registrant.
A person must not alter a certificate of registration. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
