80 Sale, loss or theft of firearm
If a registrant sells the registered firearm, the registrant must notify the Commissioner with particulars within 7 days after that sale. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
If a registered firearm or certificate of registration is lost or stolen, the registrant is to notify the Commissioner as soon as practicable but not later than 7 days after becoming aware of that fact with particulars of that loss or theft. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
