98 Repair
A licensed firearms dealer must not take possession of any firearm for the purpose of repairing it unless the dealer has seen – the licence or permit of the person who is giving possession of the firearm to the dealer; and the current certificate of registration of the firearm. Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
A licensed firearms dealer must not repair any firearm that is not registered. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
