99 Safekeeping of records
A licensed firearms dealer must ensure that any record required to be kept by the dealer under this Act is –
kept in a place of safekeeping on the premises specified in the licence; and kept separate from the place in which firearms are kept.
Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
