Infringement notice offences and penalties

For section 234 of the Act –

an offence under a rule specified in column 2 of Schedule 2 is prescribed as an offence in respect of which an infringement notice may be served; and the penalty specified in column 3 of that Schedule in respect of an offence is the applicable penalty for that offence.
