Endorsement of fish processing licences

Current

The Secretary may endorse a fish processing licence to allow the holder of the licence to process marine plants that have been taken from an area specified in that endorsement.

The holder of a fish processing licence that is endorsed under subrule (1) must not process marine plants except in accordance with that endorsement. Grade 2 penalty.
