32 Processing of introduced marine plants
The holder of a fishing licence (introduced marine plant) must not transfer or sell any introduced marine plant taken under the authority of that licence to a person other than the holder of a fish processing licence with an endorsement that authorises its holder to process that kind of introduced marine plant. Grade 3 penalty.
Subrule (1) does not apply to the holder of a fishing licence (introduced marine plant) in respect of introduced marine plant if the introduced marine plant is being transferred or sold for the purposes of export.
